What are your payment terms?

New accounts will be COD until credit is established by submitting a credit application with three credit references. Please allow two weeks for processing. All credit accounts are net 30 days from the date of shipment. Accounts that are delinquent will be COD until the overdue balance is paid. A late charge of up to 2% will be charged on all accounts past due from the due date until the date paid. $25 fee for returned checks.

What are your ordering availabilities?

We recommend following the link to our Online Ordering platform when you log into our website.

Updated availabilities are sent out FRIDAY to be used as an order form for the following week. We encourage customers to send in their orders by Monday morning to help us best schedule deliveries for the week.

Orders may be emailed to orders@www.qualitygreenhouses.net or be faxed to (717) 502-8906. You may receive our weekly availability list by email, from our website, or by fax. A website password can best be obtained by completing the form on our ‘Contact’ page.

Are your prices set?

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

How long do I have to make a claim?

All claims must be made within 5 days of invoice date.

Can I cancel my order?

A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for canceled orders which have been processed.

When can I pick up pre-ordered materials?

Pre-ordered material may be picked up Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm at our Union Church Road location in Dillsburg. Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. During the spring season, pick-up orders must meet a $600 minimum. Due to the increased volume of orders, we reserve the right to refuse pick-up orders the week before and the week of Mother’s Day.

What is your landscape customer pricing?

Based on yearly sales volume.

  • Annual volume of $0 – $10,999 = Catalog price + 25%
  • Annual volume of $11,000 & up = Catalog price
